PeaceHealth Midwifery Services has certified nurse midwives who work in collaboration with PeaceHealth obstetricians at both the Nurse Midwifery Birth Center and the Prenatal Clinic. They provide care during pregnancy, labor, and birth and help with breastfeeding in addition to well-woman care. Care may be provided regardless of a woman's ability to pay. Women may choose to deliver at either Sacred Heart Medical Center or (if at low risk of complications) at the Birth Center.
